Mustafa Tameez is the Managing Director of Outreach Strategists.  With a background in politics, national security, media, and community relations, he has served as a strategic consultant across multiple disciplines.  A campaign consultant for almost two decades, Mustafa has lead winning campaigns for Democratic mayors and top-tier congressional seats in urban and suburban districts across the Southern United States. In 2005, he served as a consultant to the Department of Homeland Security under the Bush administration. His efforts have also helped several law enforcement agencies forge better relationships with the communities they serve through cultural intelligence trainings.

Samiah Khan oversees the financial management and strategy of Olive Branch. With a background in finance, she spent 8 years in various financial institutions where she structured senior credit facilities in the tens to several hundred million dollar range for companies spanning credit profiles from investment grade to highly leveraged. Ms. Khan brings an attention to fiscal detail and is dedicated to providing critical financial insight and strategic support to the ensure the financial integrity and sustainability of the organization. She holds bachelors' degrees in mathematics and economics from Northwestern University. 

Erum Chishty has a Bachelors in  Conflict Resolution and Masters degree in Public Health. She has been working in Houston for over 10 years  with the underprivileged.  Through several community efforts, from interfaith activism to refugee resettlement . She is passionate in her activism and empowering others in an effort to bring harmony to Houston's diverse community members.

Preacher Moss is recognized as an American Muslim Comedy scholar. He has has a long standing relationship with serving the poor and disadvantaged during his career as a comedian, writer, and community advocate.

Fatima Mohiuddin has taken an active role in strengthening and empowering individuals and families in crisis in her community. She joined Daya, which serves South Asian women and families impacted by domestic violence, as a volunteer in 2015 and has since served in various capacities and began a two year term as Daya's Board President in 2020. Ms. Mohiuddin, is an LMSW (Licensed Masters in Social Work), is currently a therapist with HGI and provides individual and group therapy.  She holds a BA in Journalism and a Masters in Social Work from Simmons College in Boston, MA.

Dr. Mir M. Alikhan is a native Houstonian, who in 2014 happily returned to his hometown to practice medicine after a decade spent completing  his education and training. He currently practices in west Houston in the areas of General Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care Medicine and Pleural Disease.  Outside of work Mir spends as much time as possible with his loving wife and their three children.  

Dr. Nadim Jafri has lived and worked in the Houston area for over a decade. A gastroenterologist at Memorial Herman Sugar Land, Dr. Jafri has made giving back to the community a priority. He has worked closely with area non-profits that work to educate, employ, house and resettle  both the local homeless and global refugees. He has previously served on the board of Amaanah Refugee Services. In his spare time he enjoys reading, running and rooting for the Houston Rockets.
